Larry Keen, age 66 of McMinnville, TN and formerly of Clay County, TN

passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in

McMinnville, TN.

Funeral Services for Larry Keen will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 24,

2016 at Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Keen

Cemetery in Celina, TN.

Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on

Sunday, 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral

Home.

Survivors:

Brother, Pharris Keen of Livingston, TN, Sisters, Dean Mahaffey and Faye

Burris of Woodbury, TN. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
