Cecil was a neighbor and friend. For many years, he watched over and mowed our property when we were not around, and he checked in on us when we were staying there. He was a great man and will be missed. We are sorry for your loss.

I feel privileged to have know Chin he always had a story to tell. When I went to KY. we would all go to auctions it was always fun. He will truly be missed by so many people. I thing everyone knew him…you never went anywhere someone would come up and talk to him. I didn't get to come to the viewing, but I am there in sprit. What a good Christian man he was. Rest In Peace. Until we meet again.

I hate hearing about him passing. I know several will remember him as a sheriff. However "Chin" will always be remembered for driving our ball bus. He always brought us home safe all of those years. He was a special person.

When I was a young girl in high school, playing basketball, Chin was the bus driver. He would always take me home after the away games and I never had to worry about a ride. He was the absolute best. He will be missed. Goodbye my good friend. - Judy
