Lloyd D. Anderson

Mr. Lloyd D. Anderson, age 90, of Whitleyville, TN passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, at Monroe County Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of The Upton Hay Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Cherry Anderson Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents Harry Floyd, better known as Tobe and Mary Aubie (Cherry) Anderson; his spouse Theresia (Smith) Anderson; grandson, Ron Halliburton; brothers, Garth and Wayne Anderson.

He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Anderson Holden, Lisa Mullinix (Thomas), Regina Wilkerson (Kerry); grandchildren, Brandy Malone, Spencer Holden, Skyler Holden, Andrew Mullinix, Alex Mullinix, Teri Wisniewski, Caleb Wilkerson, and Ian Wilkerson; great- grandchildren, Alannah Roberts, Aaliyah Roberts, Alijah Roberts, Alondre Roberts, Cortez Martin, Caine Malone, PJ Malone, Bria Malone, Noah Corrigan, Caidyn Malone, Laila Malone, Emilia Holden, and Klay Mullinix; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to the Cherry Anderson Cemetery.
