Bobby Allen Kirk

Mr. Bobby Allen Kirk, age 53, of Celina, TN, left us on October 10, 2022.

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Bobby Allen Kirk will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Upton-Hay Funeral Home in Celina, TN, with Craig Ogletree officiating and interment will follow at the Williams Cemetery. Visitation with family and friends will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday starting at 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m.

Bobby was born in the summer of 1969 to James Allen Kirk and Geneva Carol Scott, both of Celina, TN. Bobby was always a fun-loving person who lived life to the fullest. As a young child, he dreamed of being a truck driver just like his Dad. He eventually made that dream come true and was as proud of owning his 359 Peterbilt as anything he ever accomplished. Bobby was a treasured grandson, son, brother, partner, friend and much more to so many people, and the world will be a little dimmer without his smile to brighten the day of anyone he encountered. Bobby was preceded in death by his dad and his Granny Willie Ione Scott and is survived by his mother and his sister Carol Veneá Abney, brother-in-law Randell (Randell's Garage), and his best fur-friend Spot. Bobby was never the type of person to fade away- he would much rather make a big commotion and have everyone laughing, telling stories and celebrating all the good memories they have of him and made with him. Bobby’s favorite thing was to make someone smile, so smile when you think of him.
