Obituary
Mr. Billy Ray Atchley, age 93, of Celina, TN, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Eric Copass and Rick Denton officiating and interment to follow in the Hamilton-Addition of the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, July 6, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Lori Arms (Jerry); granddaughters, Kylee Rae West (Tyrus) and Katie Joy Arms; great-granddaughter, Joyana West; sister, Rosa Nell Marsh; brother, Paul Atchley (Faye); as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors who will mourn his passing.
Family requests any memorial contributions be made to the Clay County Library.
