Mrs. Zelpha (Wilmoth) Baker, age 89, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Dale Reagan officiating and interment to follow in the Unionhill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Briana Morgan, Sally (Kevin) Gross, Eddie Morgan, Jr., and Amber Morgan; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Roy Wilmoth (Joe), Sonny (Shirley) Wilmoth, Rose Browning, Maxie Bean, Grace Thacker, and Joan Anderson; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
