Ms. Wilma Jean Collins age 68 of Celina, TN passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Willie Kerr will officiate and interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Wilma is survived by her Husband, Billy Collins, Sr. of Celina, TN; Son, Billy Collins, Jr. and wife, Kimberly of Tullahoma, TN; daughter, Pamela Lackey and husband, Jeff of Cookeville, TN; brothers, Johnny Arms of Celina, TN, Junior Arms of Moss, TN, Louis Arms of Cookeville, TN and David Arms of Cookeville, TN; sisters, Judy Key of Celina, TN, Louise Stewart of Cookeville, TN and Barbara Short of Burkesville, KY; 5 grandchildren, Faith, Hope, Grace, Taylor and Cody as well as a host of other relatives and friends mourn her passing.
