Mr. Willie Ray Foster age 78 of Celina, TN passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home with Craig Ogletree and Willie Kerr officiating. Interment will follow in the Williams Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Willie Ray is survived by his wife, Helen Grace Foster of Celina, TN; 2 daughters, Teresa Savage and husband, Michael, better known as Smiley of Celina, TN and Denisa Rich and husband, Johnny of Celina, TN; 1 brother, Henry Foster and wife, Mary of Willow Grove, TN; 1 sister, Gaye Capps of Celina, TN; 4 grandchildren, Misty Strong and husband, Robbie, Colby Savage and wife, Lacey, Tanner Rich and wife, Kristen and Briley Rich; 2 great-grandchildren, Kaylee Strong and Kaden Strong and future baby Savage; as well as many other family and friends who mourn his passing.
