Mr. Wayne Smith, age 71, of Moss, TN, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021 in Cookeville, TN.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home, with interment to follow in the Moss Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 26, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his spouse, Reba Smith; 3 sons, Steven Smith, Jason (Pamela) Smith and Grady (Melanie) Evans; 10 grandchildren, Jon, Anna, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Dustin, Bryce, Joshua, Cameron, and Wyatt; and 2 brothers, Phillip (Diane) Smith and Bobby (Judy) Smith; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.

As per request of the family, flowers are welcome but any donations made please put toward the expense of the funeral.
