Wayne Head, age 90, of Oak Grove Community in Clay County, TN passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville, KY.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Upton Funeral Home with Gary Wilder officiating. Interment will follow in the Moss Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. until service time at Upton Funeral Home.
