Ms. Wanda Jean Franklin age 71, of Gainesboro, TN and formerly of the Union Hill Community of Clay County, TN, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Mabry Rehabilitation Center in Gainesboro, TN.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 22, 2019, at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home and interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and on Friday, March 22, 2019, 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Wanda is survived by 2 brothers, Lonnie Franklin and Joe Franklin and wife, Cookie; 2 sisters, Shirley Bilbrey and Fairl Carter all of the Union Hill Community of Clay County, TN; Many Nieces and Nephews also survive.
