Mrs. Virginia "Joy" Atchley, age 87, of Celina, TN, passed away at the Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center on Friday, August 30, 2019, in the company of her adoring family.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Eric Copass and Rick Denton will officiate and interment will follow in the Hamilton-Addition of the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Saturday, August 31, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday, September 1, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Joy is survived by her husband, Billy Atchley; 1 daughter, Lori Arms and husband, Jerry; 2 granddaughters, Kylee Rae Arms and Katie Joy Arms all of Celina, TN; 2 sisters, Estelle Gregory of Nashville, TN and Mary Robles Reider of Georgia; she is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews, friends and neighbors who also mourn her passing.

A special acknowledgment is given to Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center and Caris Hospice who provided excellent care.
