Ms. Tracy Lynne Mathews, age 53, of Celina, TN, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Eddie White and Mike Moore officiating and interment to follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She was born on Saturday, April 8, 1972, to Larry Gilbert Mathews and Doyce (Rhoton) Lawson. She was preceded in death by both her fathers, Larry Gilbert Mathews and Larry Freeman Lawson; and grandparents, Charlie Radford and Ruthie Ivo (Denton) Rhoton and Thomas Gilbert and Dimple Irene (Stafford) Mathews.

She is survived by her son, Drew Mathews; daughter, Kristen Mathews (Cody); mother, Doyce Lawson; brother, Michael Mathews (Jenna); companion, Steve Nichols; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
