Mr. Thomas Smith, age 58 of Celina, TN passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Brother Gibson will officiate and burial will follow in the Hamilton Addition of the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Thomas is survived by 5 brothers, James Smith and wife, Judy of Cookeville, TN, Wayne Smith and wife, Reba of Moss, TN, Eddie Smith and wife, Darlene, Phillip Smith and wife, Diana and Bobby Smith and wife, Judy all of Celina, TN; special sister-in-law, Carolyn Smith as well as a host of friends who mourn his passing.
