Ms. Sarah Lee "Sadie" Napier, age 86 of Celina, TN passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. "Sadie" was born September 2, 1928 in Tompkinsville, KY to the late James Thurman and Olyene (Goad) Palmore, other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Bayless Napier, Jr., brothers, J.C. & Joe Hardin Palmore.

Funeral Services for Ms. Sarah Lee "Sadie" Napier will be held 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Upton Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, after 3:00 p.m. until service time at 4 p.m.at Upton Funeral Home.
