Ms. Sandra K. Smith age 68 of Rickman, TN passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Overton County Nursing Home in Livingston, TN.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard & Marjorie (Barr) Dowers.

Funeral Services for Ms. Sandra K. Smith will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 24, 2015 at Upton Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Hamilton Addition of the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Thursday & 9:00 – 11 a.m. Friday at Upton Funeral Home

Daughters, Teresa Cunningham of Cookeville & Wanda Smith of Livingston.

Brothers, Gary & Howard Dowers both of Indiana & Larry Dowers of Michigan.
