Mr. Russell Clayton Meadows, age 83, of Moss, TN passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday January 7, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Kenny Westmoreland officiating with interment to follow in the Moss Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, January 6, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his son, Terry "Moose" Meadows (Bonnie); grandchildren, William Meadows (Heather) and Leanna Smith (Noel); special grandson, Andrew Walker; great-grandchildren; Weston and Kori Smith, Harper and Baby Meadows; sisters, Kathy Killmon (Ronnie), Pandora Reagan (Dale) and Jean Finch (Inzer); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
