Ms. Ruby Kathleen Williams, age 74 of the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County, TN passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Williams Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday  from, 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Kenneth Williams; 1 son, Rexie Webb and Emma Brown; 2 daughters, Shirley Williams and Patsy Likens and husband, Ray; 1 sister, Martha Young and husband, Randle; 1 brother, Ralph Williams; 5 grandchildren, Travis Webb, Heather Carter, Chaston Webb, Dana Gore and Jordan Melton; and 6 great-grandchildren with the entire family being from the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County. Kathleen is also survived by a host of friends who also mourn her passing.
