Mrs. Robbie D. Dowell, age 99, of Celina, TN, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022, at the Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 7, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Kenny Westmoreland officiating and interment to follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Monday, March 7, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She is survived by her sons, Mike (Kim) Dowell, and Johnny Dowell; daughter, Hannah Plumlee; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
