CELINA– Funeral Services for Phyllis Jean Strong, 54, of Celina will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Upton Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry L. Winsor officiating interment to follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Upton Funeral Home.

Phyllis passed away Saturday, April 05, 2014 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, Tennessee.

Phyllis Jean Strong was born July 26, 1959 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Charlie Eagle & Waunita M. (Jones) Strong. She worked as a clerk in food service supply.

She is survived by her companion, James "Tim" McKinney of Celina, TN, brother, Benny Tuttle of Winchester, IN, sisters, Debbie & Becky Tuttle of Muncie, IN, half-sister, Gennie Holland of Livingston, TN, and several aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins also survive.
