Mrs. Phyllis Gayle Collins, age 75, of Moss, TN, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 18, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Dale Reagan officiating interment to follow in the Pitcock Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday, November 18, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She is survived by her son, Greg Collins; grand-daughters, Alyssa Marcom (Jared) and Maddy Collins; great-grandson, Collin Marcom; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
