Ms. Patricia Ann, better known as Patsy, Anderson-Padgett, age 86, of Moss, TN, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019, at the Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 2, 2019, at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Donnie Smith will officiate and interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Patsy is survived by 2 sons, Johnny Franklin Carpenter and wife, Brenda of the Union Hill Community of Clay County, TN, and James Mark Carpenter of Moss, TN; 1 daughter, Henrietta Smith and husband, Donnie of Moss, TN; 2 sisters, Chloe Nell Moore and husband, Clyde of Celina, TN and Sue Copas-Strong and husband, Phillip Todd of Moss, TN; 2 grandchildren, Christopher Smith and wife, Mandy and Alana Knight; 4 great-grandchildren, Allie, Aiden and Avery Smith and Nolan James Knight as well as many other family, friends and neighbors who mourn her passing.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Macedonia Cemetery.
