Mrs. Pat Hix, age 71 of the Union Hill Community passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  E.C. Meadows, Shane Smith, and Nathan Sherrell will officiate and interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.

Pat is survived by her husband, Harold Hix; 2 sons Harold Eugene Hix Jr. and wife Penny, Chris Hix and wife Regina of Moss,TN; 1 daughter, Lora Coons and husband Jason of Moss, TN; 3 brothers Brimage Lee (Bud) Smith and wife Clarice of Fayetteville, TN, Dillard Smith and wife Joyce of Cleveland, GA, and Jimmy Dale Smith of Whitleyville, TN; 1 sister Belva Davis of Red Boiling Springs, TN; 6 grandchildren, Brittany Hix, Jessica Hix, Kelsey Hix, Derek Hix, Abby Coons, Wade Coons; and 3 great grandchildren Kylee, Kash, and Justin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Union Hill Cemetery.
