Mrs. Nola Cherry, age 96, of Whitleyville, TN passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Monroe County Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Upton-Hay Funeral Home with Nathan Sherrell officiating and interment to follow in the Unionhill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Friday, December 1, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She is survived by her grandson, James Franklin; daughter-in-law, Nancy Cherry; sisters, Roselean Wilmouth and Ellen Shelton; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
