Mrs. Nancy Cherry, age 77, of the Unionhill Community, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Unionhill Church of Christ with Rick Mosley and John Carlisle officiating and interment to follow in the Unionhill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home.

Nancy was born on Tuesday, August 24, 1948, to the late Carl and Essie (Hatcher) Kingery. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her spouse Louie Cherry; sisters, Betty Jones, Lucille Thacker, and Virginia Birdwell.

She is survived by her son, James (Pnut), of the Unionhill Community; brother, Randall, of Tompkinsville, Ky; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
