Ms. Martha Rich, age 88, of Celina, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Nick Melton officiating with interment to follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 18, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Smith (Mike) and Judy Rich; grandchildren, Shelby Davis (Barry) and Dusty Smith; brother, Charles Rich; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.

In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the Fitzgerald Cemetery Fund.
