Private Memorial Services for Martha Jane Klus, age 85, of Celina, TN will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. The Upton-Hay Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

Ms. Martha Jane Klus age 85 of Celina, TN passed away on January 31, 2017 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Martha was born Thursday, February 26, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Roy and Gussie (Sherertz) Lostutter. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Bob and Ed Lostutter. Throughout her life Martha served in many roles but being a wife, mother and grandmother were especially important to her. She spent most of her adult life as a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her adoring husband and their children.

Martha is survived by her Husband, John Klus of Celina, TN; 2 sons, John Klus, III of Lexington, KY and Chuck Klus of Evansville, IN; 3 daughters, Colleen Edwards of Chattanooga, TN, Gail Scharf of Dalton, GA and Marcie Frew of Shelbyville, KY; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren also survive.
