Mr. Louie Kendall, age 90 of Moss, TN passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Monroe County Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Dennis Miller will officiate and interment will follow in the Moss Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service at Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Louie was born on Thursday, July 21, 1927 to Harrison and Florence (McLerran) Kendall. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Emma McLerran Kendall, his second wife McRuth Bean Bray Kendall, 3 brothers Alf, Edd and Abert Kendall, and 5 sisters Elsie Ogden,Elma Key, Annie McLerran, Lura Likens, and Nannie Anderson.

Louie is survived by 1 son Freddy Kendall and wife Lydia of Moss, 1 daughter Wanda Strong and husband Sam of Smyrna, TN; 2 step-sons, Jackie Bray and wife Susan of Moss, and Rickie Bray and wife Regina of Houghton, LA; 2 step-daughters, Glynda Stewart and husband Chuck of Manchester, TN and Lana Arnold and husband Mike of Manchester, TN; 3 grandchildren, Cindy Strong Dodson, Macey Kendall, and Alyssa Kendall; 2 great-grandchildren, Candace Dodson, and Corinne Dodson; 1 great great grandchild, Eliza Evans,1 brother Amon Kendall and wife Dean as well as a host of other family and friends also mourn his passing.
