Linda Gaye Scott  passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Linda was born Sunday, January 2, 1949 to the late Willie A. Scott and Dorothy (Massengille) Scott. She married Shirley T. Scott who preceded her in death March 11,  2015. She was a factory worker at Osh Gosh, homemaker, and was affiliated with the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Linda and her husband, Shirley, were instrumental in bringing Alcoholics Anonymous and Al Anon to Clay County.

She is survived by:

brothers, Willie Scott, Jr. of South Carolina and Frankie Scott of Celina, TN, sisters, Cathy Boles of Celina, TN, Connie Johnson of Moss, TN and Rita Garner of Bow, KY. Several Nieces and nephews also survive.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
