Mr. David Lee Craighead, age 35, of Moss, TN, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022, at the Macon County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 24, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Jason Dodson officiating and interment to follow in the Family Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Thursday June 23, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday June 24, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his wife Tiffany Smith Craighead; daughter, Lyra Craighead; sons, Gatlin and Lawson Craighead; parents, David and Wannie Craighead; sister, Amber (Tillman) Netherton; nieces and nephews, Paisley Smith, Ezlyn Hicks, and Graylan Netherton; grandmother, Katherine Craighead; mother and father-in-law, Troy and Annette Smith; sisters-in-law, Cheyenne, Sydney, and Olivia Smith; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.

The family request any memorial contributions be made toward the expense of the funeral.
