Joe Therman Lynn, 74

Hermitage Springs– Funeral Services for Joe Therman Lynn, 74 of Hermitage Springs will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Upton Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Pedigo Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Upton Funeral Home.

Mr. Lynn passed away Monday, August 26, 2013 at the Riverview Regional Medical Center in Carthage, Tennessee.

Joe Therman Lynn was born December 28, 1938 in Clay Co., Tennessee to the late Malcom Lynn and Mary Elizabeth (Pennington) Mabry. Joe Therman married Mary Nell Pedigo on May 28, 1960 in Clay County.  Joe retired from United Technologies as a factory worker. He was preceded in death by sister, Elaine Lynn.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Nell Lynn of Hermitage Springs; son, Jack Lynn of Morgantown, IN; daughter, Sandy Lynn of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Robert Lynn of Celina, TN; sisters, Hilda Sue Willis of Cookeville, TN, Anna Gaulden of Indianapolis, IN, Delores Netherton of Celina, TN; 2 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
