Jody B. Day Jr. age 83 of Hilham, TN passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Livingston Regional Hospital.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Upton Funeral Home Bruce Taylor will officiate, burial will follow in the McDonald Cemetery on Baptist Ridge in Clay County, TN. Visitation will be at Upton Funeral Home Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. & Saturday, 9 a.m. to service time at 1 p.m..
