Mr. Jimmy J. Adams, age 73, of Livingston, TN passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Upton Hay Funeral home with David Threet and Kenzie Adams officiating and interment to follow in the Ray Williams Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his stepchildren, Gary Tinsley, Jerry Tinsley, Barbara Vaughn, Kathy Davis, and Sue Hughes; 3 brothers, James Adams (Geneva Scott), Kevin Adams, and Tuffy (Michelle) Adams; 3 sisters, Winnie (David) Threet, Sara "Liz" (Danny) Coby, and Ann (Charles) Lee; as well as many nieces, nephews, family, special friends and caretakers who will mourn his passing.
