Mr. Jimmie D. Strong, age 67, of Moss, TN, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025, at the Skyline Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home, with Ronnie Smith and Elijah Smith officiating and interment to follow in the Strong Family Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, March 9, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Monday March 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until time for the funeral.

Jim was preceded in death by his spouse, Nina (Rhoton) Strong; parents, Malcom and Wanda (McAlpin) Strong; and brother, Thomas Strong.

He is survived by his son, Josh (Angie) Strong; 4 grandchildren, Dreama (Andrew), Haylee, Veronica, and JJ; great-grandchildren, James, Hope, and Willow; brother, Tim Strong; sister, Brenda Cherry; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
