Cookeville, TN. - Mr. Jerry Dillard Crawford age 68 of Cookeville, TN, native of Clay County passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Cookeville Regional Hospital in Cookeville, TN.

Funeral Services for Mr. Jerry Dillard Crawford will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the Upton Funeral Home in Celina, TN with Ron Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in the Jonestown Cemetery in the Union Hill Community of Clay County.

Visitation will be Monday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday after 8 a.m. till service time at 11:00 a.m.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy Clifton & Attrice (Trobaugh) Crawford, brother, Gilbert Crawford & sister, Shirley Miller.

Wife, Dianna Church Crawford, sons, William & Randall Crawford all of Cookeville, TN, 4 Grandchildren & 3 Great-Grandchildren.
