Mr. Jason Smith, age 40, of Celina, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at the Vanderbilt Wilson County Adult Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Charles Smith officiating and interment to follow in the Welch Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Monday, January 10, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his parents, Danny Smith and Lucinda Smith; grandmother, Lucille Sherrell; sister, Brooke (Dustin) Wix; nieces, Laci and Emma Wix; nephews, Grant and Carter Wix; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
