Mr. Jason Collins, age 42, of Celina, TN, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Livingston Regional Hospital.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Kenneth Beaty officiating. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until time for the celebration of life to begin.

He is survived by his father, Steve Collins; sisters, Shannon (Mac) MacFarquhar and Carrie Carroll; nieces and nephews, Payton Dodson, John Tanner Dodson, Collin Dodson, Noah Groce, and Izzy MacFarquhar; great nieces, Blaire Dodson and Swae Hamilton; best friend Miriam Schuetz; and little buddy Elias Schuetz; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.

Family requests any memorial contributions be made to the expense of the service or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
