James Cleto Phillips, age 68 , of Celina, TN passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. He was born March 29, 1947 in Crawford, TN son of the late Shirley & Ethel Mae (Walker) Phillips. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by daughters, Teresa Lynn Phillips & Sandra Kay Damron & brother, Clyde Phillips.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Celina United Methodist Church. Reverend Josh Newberry will officiate interment will follow in the Bethel Cemetery in Overton County, TN. Visitation Tuesday, after 10:30 a.m. until service time at 2:30 p.m. at Celina United Methodist Church.

Wife, Linda (Choate) Phillips of Celina, TN Sons,  James Gregory Phillips of Crossville, TN, James David Phillips of Livingston, TN & Michael Duran Phillips of Celina, TN, step-sons, Steve Walker of Rickman, TN, Jason & Chad Breeding, Raymond Jr. & Laymond Wendt all of Allons, TN, Daughters, Paula Kay & Penny Louise Phillips both of Muncie, IN, step-daughter, Krystal Abbott of Celina. Sisters, Beulah Perdue of Livingston, Stella Collins of Brush Creek & Julie Conley of Monterey & 19 Grandchildren.
