Mr. James Gray, age 72, of Celina, TN passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, December 10, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Upton-Hay Funeral Home with Caleb Burnette officiating and interment to follow in the BM and Hattie Williams Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his spouse, Alice Gray; son, Adam Gray; grandson, Abel Lee Gray; brother Randall Gray; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
