Mr. James T. Eads, age 85, of Celina, TN passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 31, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Kenny Westmoreland and Craig Ogletree officiating. Internment to follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

Face covering is encouraged.  In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Fitzgerald or Macedonia Cemetery.

Absolutely NO food allowed in the funeral home until further notice.

Social distancing will be practiced and no touching is encouraged.

James is survived by his spouse, JoHelen Lawson Eads; 2 daughters, Tracie (Vance) Mullins and Kristi Eads Melton; 2 grandchildren, Wyatt and Annie Mullins; 2 nephews, Mark (Sylvia) Britton, and Thomas Britton; niece, Laurie (Joe) Vinson; as well as a host of friends and neighbors who also mourn his passing.
