Ms. Hazel Mae Burnette age 87 of Celina, TN passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Cumberland River Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the Celina Church of Christ. Caleb Burnette and Dennis Miller will officiate and interment will follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from, 8:00 a.m. until time to leave for the Celina Church of Christ.

Hazel is survived by 2 sons, W. R. "Butch" Burnette and wife Joan, and Gerald Lee Burnette and wife Donna; 2 daughters, Susan Starr Bailey, and Tiffany Brown and husband Steve all of Celina; 1 sister Maxine Harpe of Tipton, IN; 12 grandchildren, Stephen Lacy, Ryan Lacy, Gretchen Chase, Joseph Burnette, Amanda Spivey, Tara Roberts, Caleb Burnette, William Bailey, David Bailey, Scott Brown, Allie Boles, and Taylor Brown; 20 great-grandchildren; former son-in-law Kenneth (Doc) Bailey as well as a host of other family and friends survive.
