Ms. Geneva Burris, age 87 of Bowling Green, KY and formerly of Celina, TN passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY.

Geneva was born Tuesday, June, 17, 1930 in Livingston, TN to the late W.T. and Nancy Pearl (Holman) Warden. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 4 brothers. Throughout her life she served in many roles but being a devoted homemaker and mother was especially important to her. Geneva was a member of the Church of Christ.

Geneva is survived by 1 daughter, Sandra Burris of Bowling Green, KY; 1 grandchild,  Amanda Byers and husband, Mike of Nicholasville, KY; 3 great-grandchildren, Connley, Mason and Ben Byers and 1 sister, Johnny Dickerson of Cookeville, TN.

Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Potters Children's Home in Cookeville, TN or Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.
