Mr. Gary Wayne Austin age 65 of Spring Hill, TN and formerly of Celina, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at his residence in Spring Hill, TN.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home and interment will follow in the Williamson Memorial Cemetery in Franklin, TN.  Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Gary is survived by his wife, Donna Austin of Spring Hill, TN; son, James Austin and wife, Chelsea of Rickman, TN; daughter, Alisha Scarborough and husband, Randy of Kingston, TN; step-son, Kenny Stanfill of Bellevue, TN; step-daughter, Lisa Chance of Spring Hill, TN; 3 brothers, Gene Austin of Nashville, TN, Gaylon Austin and wife, Gail of Smyrna, TN, Larry Austin of Susan of Knoxville, TN;  sister, Claudia Surratt and husband, Greg of College Grove, TN; 6 grandchildren, Elijah, Nathanael, Melessia, T.J., Little Gary, and Preslee as well as many other family and friends who mourn his passing.
