Mr. Garry Dennis Western, Sr., age 70, of Rickman, TN, and formerly of Celina, TN passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 16, 2020, at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Stephen Moore will officiate and burial will follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home, on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, January 16, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Garry is survived by his devoted wife, Martha who lives in Rickman, TN; 2 sons, Garry Western, Jr, better known as "GJ' and wife, Misty, of Carthage, TN and Philip Western of Rickman, TN;2 daughters, Amanda Western-Watson of Rickman, TN and Kimberly Baxter and husband, Lee of Livingston, TN; 7 grandchildren, Candace, Nathan, Matthew, Tiara, Ethan, Anatasia, and Lexie; 5 great-grandchildren, Carson, Carter, Colton, Haleigh, and Eliza, as well as many other cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends who will mourn his passing.
