Ms. Evelyn Lee Brown, age 81, of Moss, TN, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at the Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Celina, TN.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 29, 2019, at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Kandi Brown will officiate and interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. It is asked that those who attend the Celebration of Life wear colors that reflect the memories you have of Evelyn. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Friday, June 28, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, June 29, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Evelyn is survived by her husband, James T. Brown of Moss, TN; 1 daughter, Kandi Brown of Friendsville, TN; 1 granddaughter, Isabella Scout McLerran of Buffalo, NY; 4 brothers, Phillip Strong and wife, Sue, Paul Strong, Malcolm Strong and wife, Wanda, and Junior B Strong and wife, Emma all of Moss, TN; 1 sister, Janie Smith also of Moss, TN as well as several nieces, nephews, family and friends who mourn her passing.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the City of Celina Beautification Fund.
