Ms. Emma Mae Spivey, age 85 of Cookeville, TN and formerly of Clay County passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Diversicare of Smyrna in Smyrna, TN.

Graveside Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at the McDonald Cemetery.  Charles Morgan will officiate and interment will follow in the McDonald Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Emma Mae is survived by her Nieces and nephews, Joe Robert Spivey of Bowling Green, KY, Karen Cross of Little Rock, AR, Ron Spivey of Danville, AL, and Amanda Morgan of Lebanon, TN. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, Brandon Spivey, Brandi (Spivey) Dortch, Brad Spivey and Haley Spivey.
