Ms. Elsie Rose Rich, age 82, of Moss, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 29, 2020 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. The family will officiate and interment will follow in the Bailey Family Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Elsie is survived by 3 daughters, Deborah Kay Bean and husband, John of Southport, N.C., Dianna Lynn Kincaid and husband, Craig of Lebanon, IN, and Donna Rich Watson of Celina, TN; 3 brothers, Ronald D. Bailey, Kenneth 'Doc' Bailey and Michael K. Bailey and wife, Marilyn all of Celina, TN; 1 sister, Christine 'Trixie' Savage of Moss, TN; 6 grandchildren, Stephanie Michelle Barker, Christy Dawn Cooper, Taylor John Kincaid, Nathaniel Craig Kincaid, Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Rose Lynn Kincaid, and Jaelyn Bailey Watson; 5 great-grandchildren, Zachary Barker, Mackenzie Barker, Macy Rose Barker, Lyncoln Cooper and Daxton Cooper; as well as a host of neighbors and friends who mourn her passing.
