Ms. Elsie Marie Garrett, age 82, of Celina, TN, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Caleb Burnette officiating and interment to follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She is survived by her brother, Jesse Garrett (Barbara) of Livingston, TN; sister, Alice Faye Gray of Celina, TN; nephews and nieces, Adam Gray (Sarah) of Cookeville, TN, David Garrett of Cookeville, TN, and Dana Walters (Brandon) of LaFollette, TN; great-nephews, Ezekiel and Gabriel Walters, and Abel Gray; as well as a host of cousins, friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
