Mrs. Elise Lancaster, age 80, of Moss, TN, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 17, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Nathan Sherrell officiating and interment to follow in the Pitcock Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, March 16, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday. March 17, 2022, until time for the service.

Elise was born Monday, December 8, 1941, in Clay County, TN to the late Porter and Esteline (Spivey) Collins. In addition to her parents, she was also proceeded in death by her spouse, Donald Lancaster; son, Kerry Lancaster; sister, Elaine Collins; brother Omer Collins.

She is survived by her son, Marvin Lancaster; daughter, Yvonne (Bill) Bridges; grandchildren, Rhonda (Adam) Skarzynski, William Bridges III, and Elissa Bridges; great-granddaughter, Ella Skarzynski; brothers, Comer, Domer, and Jerry Collins; sisters, Buna Likens, and Velma Gass; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
