CELINA– Funeral Services for Dorothy Marie York, 68 of Celina will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Upton Funeral Home with Michael Ledbetter officiating interment to follow in the Moss Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4:00 to 9 p.m.,  Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 8 a.m. to service time at Upton Funeral Home.

Dorothy Marie York passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tennessee.

She was born July 30, 1944 in Monroe County, KY., to Willie Bemis Rhoton and Mamie Irene (Lynn) Rhoton. Dorothy married Eldon Carlton York January 11, 1961, who preceded her in death August 30, 2000. Other than her parents and husband she was preceded in death by son, Jessie York, grandchildren, Makayla Ruby, Ryan York and Serenity Daniels.

She is survived by,

Sons, Willie Daniels of Celina, Lloyd York of Stanton, KY., Alvin York Crittenden, KY, Ricky and Willard York both of Cookeville, Stevie and Stanley York both of Celina, daughter, Linda Ruby of Celina, brothers, Dorris Rhoton of Moss, Stanley and Junior Rhoton both of Indianapolis, IN, Randall Rhoton of Glasgow, KY, sisters, Connie Britt of Moss, Peggy Broner and Betty Jenkins both of Lafayette, special caregiver, Angie Netherton, 35 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren
